Tekari received her Bachelor’s degree in English from Spelman College in 2017. During her matriculation in undergrad, she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Society, the Spelman College Newspaper The Blueprint, and participated in many off-campus community service activities. She also studied abroad one summer in Lisbon, Portugal where she immersed herself in European customs and traditions. Tekari obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Prior to working in the legal field, Tekari worked as a Disability Adjudicator where she discovered her interests in both the legal and personal injury field combined.

Tekari Matthews is a licensed attorney who exclusively works in the area of Personal Injury and Criminal law. She is a zealous advocate for her clients. She is caring, compassionate and motivated to obtain high-valued results on behalf of her clients. She is versatile with understanding the full legal process from start to finish. She enjoys working alongside her dad, and other siblings. 

A true native of Georgia, Tekari enjoys exploring new places, spending quality time with her husband, family and friends. She loves fashion and is an avid reader.
