Shannon Pettus is a Legal Assistant and Case Manager supporting the firm’s criminal defense and personal injury practices. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Shannon brings a social work and case management background to every matter. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work at Auburn and completed a paralegal certification course through the Center for Legal Studies. She helps move cases from intake through resolution by coordinating client communications, organizing medical and police records, tracking deadlines and court calendars. Before joining the firm, Shannon supported busy multidisciplinary case teams and served in advocacy roles that strengthened her crisis response, interviewing, and documentation skills.
